Aga Recruitment Solutions offers benefits to both recruiters and job seekers.

Benefits for recruiters

We can find the right staff for your vacancy whether it is for last minute, sickness or holiday cover, or for temporary or permanent positions. For your peace of mind and reassurance, we offer a detailed recruitment process, out of hours service and administration for payments and deductions.

Detailed recruitment process

Before a candidate is recommended to you, we undertake a rigorous assessment to make sure they are suitably qualified for the placement. This involves an application form, interview and background checks, and references. Our application form requests employment history, current qualifications and references to contact. This is followed by an interview with a member of our Management Team to ensure that candidates are eligible to work in the UK, have a current DBS for any DBS Mandatory roles and have at least two references covering a period of five years.

Out of hours service

We provide an efficient out of hours service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days of the year.
A team member is available for emergencies and to receive bookings outside normal office hours. All calls are diverted to the out of hours’ service which is available from 5.00 p.m. until the office reopens the next day at 9.00 a.m. Weekends and Bank Holidays are covered too so you can be assured of a fast and reliable response whenever you need it.

Reducing the admin. burden

Your finance or HR department don’t have the worry of deducting NI contributions, tax, sickness and holidays payments, as we handle these matters on our staff’s behalf.

Benefits and opportunities for candidates

In addition to a wide range of possible placements, we offer candidates flexible working patterns, training opportunities and weekly payment terms.

Short or long term assignments

At AGA Recruitment Solutions we can offer you flexible patterns of working. Whether you are seeking a part-time or full-time placement, looking for temporary or permanent work or wanting to move from temporary to permanent status, we have a range of opportunities for care or catering specialists like you.

Develop your skills

If you have already completed some basic training, we offer opportunities for personal development via e-learning courses and some one-to-one or group training courses. For less experienced candidates, we can provide guidance on the availability of college courses for care skills where you can receive training from specialised professionals. You can qualify across a wide range of healthcare settings e.g. elderly, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health, alcohol and drug misuse and thereby secure more placements than someone specialising in just one area.

We can also assist you in writing your CV or cover letter and help you prepare for job interviews.

Weekly payment

We pay you weekly against a signed timesheet so you don’t have to wait 30 days for payment.
